Covid-19 Information
Covid-19 update April 22nd, 2022: No more “3G” regulation or mask requirement as of Monday, April 25th.
With great pleasure it can be stated that the Covid-19 pandemic is subsiding! This means that the last Covid-19 precautions at the FH Kufstein Tirol will now also be discontinued. This will come into effect on April 25th, 2022.
The teaching and study operations of the FH Kufstein Tirol will continue according to plan, hence taking place both on campus and with distance learning units.
On the FH Kufstein Tirol campus, both the mask requirement and the “3G” access regulation will be suspended from Monday, 25th of April, 2022 (“3G”: vaccinated, recovered, tested).
The obligation for universities to report Covid-19 infections of all university members remains in place, therefore the internal Covid hotline and reporting address corona∂fh-kufstein.ac.at will continue seamlessly.
The health of university members is a top priority so that another semester can be completed without restrictions or time delays. All university members will be informed immediately of any further adjustments to academic and teaching activities.
More Updates

Furthermore, FFP2 masks are mandatory in the premises of the FH Kufstein Tirol until the seat or workplace has been reached.

Covid-19 precautions can be softened due to changes in legal restrictions and the decrease in the number of infections. The FH Kufstein Tirol returns to in-person teaching and supplements this with online and e-learning components. In addition, access to the campus is simplified while adhering to all necessary safety precautions.
With the start of the summer semester, the teaching and study operations of the FH Kufstein Tirol can take place on campus again and will continue to be supplemented with distance learning units as a precaution until April 9th, 2022. The in-class operation will be expanded in stages.
Access to the campus will be possible with a valid “3G” status (vaccinated, recovered, tested*) with the previous check-points in place. In addition, FFP2 masks are still mandatory in the premises of the FH Kufstein Tirol until the seat or workplace has been reached.
