Curriculum Framework
The core element of the didactic concept of FM & REM Winter School is to link the individual curricular learning content of the Bachelor program in Facility Management & Real Estate Management as well as the Master's degree program in Facility & Real Estate Management to an interdisciplinary, superior project, which is carried out autonomously by the students with high self-reliance and personal responsibility. Master and Bachelor students work on the project in separate groups with different priorities. The project is based on practical and relevant problems. It serves the extension of knowledge, meaning to develop and implement applied independent ideas, but also the further development of a vast, detailed and critical comprehension in various specialized fields.
